The RadioPhonic System was specially commissioned to take pride of place in the new Radiophonic workshop which Hans will be recreating soon, back at its original site in the Maida Vale Studio, London. For over ten years AJHSynth have been creating high end Eurorack modules without sonic compromise, and they are now the first choice for some of the world's best known composers and producers. These video clips below should give an insight into some of the breathtaking sounds that are possible; just because Eurorack modules are small and compact doesn't mean they have to sound that way!

*New* MiniMod Keyz Keyboard
Vintage Model D circuitry, reborn in Eurorack
The AJHSynth MiniMod Keyz synth is an exciting new modular monosynth featuring the much acclaimed MiniMod modules, which recreate the vintage circuitry and sound of the early RA Moog Model D in Eurorack modular format. It functions as a standalone keyboard synthesiser, or can be expanded even further by patching it to other Eurorack modules, with excellent connectivity. These are partnered with the feature-packed Cre8audio Niftykeyz controller keyboard, which has been given a vintage makeover with custom-designed, American Walnut end cheeks.
It has a huge specification, including a full size 49 note keybed that outputs Pitch CV's, gate CV's, Velocity and Aftertouch CV, along with a multi mode arpeggiator to give you total control over expression and sound
Tap Tempo VC-LFO Module
The MiniMod Tap Tempo VC-LFO is a fully featured LFO modulation source with Tap Tempo, internal / external clock control and CV control of all functions. It includes sixteen different waveforms and the unique Waveform Twist function allows PWM like duty cycle variation to be applied to hugely vary the waveshapes. The Multiply function allows it to double, treble, quadruple or half the LFO rate, so we can vary the modulation frequency but keep it relative to the tempo of the track. Large modulation range, from 0.05Hz (one cycle every 20 seconds) to 50Hz. Includes Random Stepped Voltages and Random Sloped voltage waveforms. It includes both Bipolar and Unipolar outputs, which are available simultaneously and the built in VCA allows easy control of the modulation level of both outputs.
Multi Burst Envelopes Module
We are pleased to announce another brand new AJHSynth module! The Multi Burst Envelope Generator is a unique module that allows the easy creation of many different types of repeating envelopes, and these envelope bursts can increase, decrease or remain at constant level as the sequence progresses. It offers a huge amount of real time control over a burst sequence, including voltage control of all functions. Using the Precision Voltages in a performance
An ethereal and haunting video from Wayne Taylor (Dreams of Wires) using an AJHSynth MiniMod system. The Precision Voltages module is used here for transposition of VCO's. The running subtitles give an excellent explanation of how the composition was patched up and performed - everything that you hear was played live in one take, with no overdubs..

The MiniMod system
We have recreated what was probably the most epic and fattest sounding portable monophonic synthesiser of all time and adapted it to Eurorack modular synthesiser format. We spent over 18 months on research and development, we used exactly the same internal circuitry and internal signal levels and carefully selected every component to ensure that we got closer to the original than ever before.

MiniMod meets Early Minimoog Model D Video
Our quest was to bring the unbeatable fatness and legendary sounds of this classic synthesiser to the 3U Modular world. We have separated the synth into five modules, comprising:
VCO, VCF, VCA, Dual Contour, and Glide + Noise, which can be easily integrated into an existing Eurorack system or, with the addition of a case and power supply, it becomes a self contained stand alone synthesiser.

New module! Low Fat Filter
The Low Fat filter packs a switchable 6dB and 12dB slope High Pass Voltage controlled Filter into a miniscule 2HP of rack space. Sometimes there is just too much bottom end in a patch, by feeding it through the Low Fat Filter we can remove some of this bottom end to balance things up. Or, pair it with a resonant LP filter and it becomes a Band Pass filter with a variable passband More info - Low Fat VCF
